Poorly Pixelated Items

Note: I’m still doing the sketchy commissions! Today I’ve just been working on Marina’s, and I’ve been working on my English ISU. Just be patient! ;w;

Welcome to Poorly Pixelated Items! I’m your host, Anna! Today I’ll be showcasing all of the poorly pixelated items that the Fantage developers and artists probably didn’t care at all about to even try to make these items look good. Let’s get started, shall we?

I’m also mainly focusing on what’s in LeShop right now, because I can’t be bothered to look at every single item released on Fantage.

Considering that shirts, pants and shoes are easy targets, I’m not doing them. I will also not showcase items that look good, despite it’s simplicity/terrible shading.

First we’ll begin with the “What else do you expect?”

Some of these can look good, but for the most part, the shading is awful.

Next we have the “Eh, I’ve seen better… Much better.”

The hairs are an easy target, but C’MON. When a shirt is badly pixelated, it’s easy to make it look nice anyways. They’re simple but neat. But if you have some silly looking hair… It’s difficult to look nice.

Last we have the “You didn’t even try.”

The outfits in Zack’s Acting Academy man! It’s a joke! So are those outfits. And those hairs… Look Fantage, I know you want to make it seem like we have a variety of different hairstyles to choose from, but you have to be insane to be content with one of these. (The idea of the hairs aren’t exactly bad, it’s the shading.)

Y’know, they should really try harder to make items look neat. Even so, most items aren’t pixelated well. They really do need to get new artists, as it seems like they’ve had the same and only one for about a year… (And while she can make some hairs look neat, others look terrible.)

If only they had Gaia Online’s artists… It would look gorgeous!
